Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns for store credit and free exchanges on all items purchased within the last 30 days.
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? Just allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has original tags attached.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, start an easy exchange or return at our Returns Portal below for the fastest fix—we will make you happy.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from ship date to return new, unworn items for a full refund to the original form of payment. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All Items returned must be unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time-period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note: If you choose not to use the return label generated by our portal, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. We will not be responsible for lost packages. If you choose this method for your return, please email us at customersupport@offleisure.com. The Return Form* must be included with the return to receive credit.
